1. 100% Discreet Packaging (Our Privacy Guarantee)
We value your privacy as much as you do.

Neutral Packaging: All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded boxes or tear-proof mailers.

Discreet Labeling: The shipping label will contain only necessary delivery information. No character names, series titles, or sensitive descriptions (like "Dakimakura" or "Anime") will appear on the outside of the package.
2. Processing & Production Time
Because we maintain a vast library of 10,000+ designs and release 30-40 new arrivals monthly, many of our premium 2-Way Tricot and Peach Skin pillowcases are printed-to-order to ensure the highest print quality.

Peak Season: During holidays or major sales, processing may take up to 7 business days.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer flat-rate and weight-based shipping options to most countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active within 24–48 hours. You can track your 160cm body pillow's journey directly on our site or via major global tracking platforms.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
AnimePillow.Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We recommend checking your local customs office for specific import regulations regarding textile products.
6. Damages & Lost Packages
If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, then contact our support team at info@animepillow.shop within 48 hours with photos.

We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but not received by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.
7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your address before confirming your order.
