Refund & Return Policy
At AnimePillow.Shop, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction with our original artist-owned designs. Because our products (160cm Dakimakura cases) are personal bedding items and are often printed-to-order, please read our policy carefully before purchasing. We will process your return/refund request within 48 hours.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original packaging.
2. Hygiene & Sanitary Standards
Due to the nature of body pillowcases as intimate bedding products, we cannot accept returns for any items that have been removed from their original sealed packaging or used, unless there is a clear manufacturing defect. This is to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Quality Issues: If there is a printing error, a broken zipper, or a fabric tear, please email info@animepillow.shop with clear photos of the defect.

Solution: We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
4. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you simply changed your mind after the product has been shipped.

Slight Color Variation: Please note that due to the digital sublimation printing process on 2WT and Peach Skin, slight color variations from your monitor display are normal and do not qualify as defects.

Wrong Size Ordered: Our standard size is 160cm x 50cm. Please ensure your inner pillow fits this size before ordering.
5. Return Shipping
To start a return, you must contact us at info@animepillow.shop. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your package. We will process your return/refund request within 48 hours.

Customer Responsibility: Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Recommendation: We suggest using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return in 48 hours. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
