[1: Artistic Concept – The Gentle Training Cruiser
Set sail into the world of Kantai Collection with this exclusive inflatable cylinder pillow featuring the beloved Kashima! As the second ship of the Katori-class training cruisers, Kashima is a gentle and refined ship-girl who stands alongside her sister Katori in training new naval recruits. She was named after the historic Kashima Jingu shrine—her name literally meaning “deer island”. Characterized by her feminine demeanor and distinctive verbal tic of ending many lines with “ufufu,” Kashima exudes an air of innocent warmth and wistful longing for peace—a reflection of her real-life history as a training vessel that never saw combat and was ultimately used as a repatriation ship after the war. In-game, she is portrayed as a loving and somewhat flirtatious secretary who calls her admiral “Teitoku-san❤” and enjoys cooking and brewing coffee for others. Our artists have meticulously rendered every detail—from her signature silver twin-tails and greyish-blue eyes to her white military jacket with gold epaulettes, black pleated miniskirt, and signature black beret with signal flags—using High-Fidelity (Hi-Fi) precision. This studio-grade design is a heartfelt tribute to one of KanColle‘s most beloved ship-girls, perfect for admirals who appreciate Kashima’s sweet charm, gentle spirit, and unwavering devotion.
2: The Collector’s Standard – Elevated Comfort in Cylinder Form
Enjoy a full-body embrace with the generous 170cm × 52cm (approx. 67" × 20.5") size—delivering an even longer and slightly wider surface than the standard 160cm × 50cm KanColle dakimakura products for a more immersive snuggling experience. The cylindrical shape is ergonomically designed to fit naturally against your body, whether you hug it, rest your head on it, or use it as back support during late-night fleet operations. The extended length ensures Kashima’s full character art is displayed with perfect proportions—from the tips of her flowing silver hair to the hem of her elegant military skirt—giving you a Collector-Grade canvas that maximizes both visual impact and physical comfort during your rest or leisure time.
3: The Material – Innovation Meets Durability
Premium PVC – Sturdy & Portable: Crafted from high-quality, phthalate-free PVC, this inflatable cylinder pillow offers a unique blend of durability and lightweight convenience. Unlike traditional fabric dakimakura covers that require a separate pillow insert, our inflatable design is waterproof, easy to wipe clean, and remarkably resilient, making it ideal for daily use, travel, camping, or even as a quirky pool float—the perfect companion for the training cruiser who loves to keep you company wherever you go. The smooth surface feels cool to the touch, and you can easily adjust the air pressure to achieve your preferred firmness—from soft and pliable to firm and supportive. Weighing just 0.6kg, it deflates to a compact size, so you can take the gentle training cruiser with you wherever you go, ensuring comfort is never out of reach.
